I absolutely love a good thriller and “Local Woman Missing” by Mary Kubica was a GREAT thriller. My favorite part of a mystery is trying to figure out who did it. While I was reading I had three people in mind but I was completely blown away by who was the actual culprit…I absolutely never suspected that specific character! My kids were laughing at how invested I became…have you ever watched a sport fanatic yelling at their team through the t.v. (ie my husband)? That was me, I became the crazy lady yelling at the book. I just couldn’t put this book down, but I didn’t want to finish the book either…truly the sign of a great book!
